Inside Sales Rep Responsibilities -
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and digital channels to drive sales and support business growth.
- Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and track key sales metrics to support overall sales efficiency.
- Collaborate with outside sales, development, operations, and accounting to ensure seamless order processing and accurate billing/invoicing. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue potential.
- Maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional service and addressing inquiries efficiently.
- Assist in implementing and refining sales strategies to optimize performance.
- Contribute to process improvements to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
- Work closely with the Inside Sales Manager to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Ensure a customer-focused approach, delivering high service and responsiveness.

- Experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related role.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across sales, account management, operations, and accounting teams.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), and sales reporting tools.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications of an Inside Sales Rep -
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
- Strong background in order management and CRM utilization.
- Knowledge of sales processes, lead management, and customer engagement strategies.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in the printing industry—wide-format, digital, offset, and dye sublimation.
