The Inside Sales plays a critical role in driving customer engagement, satisfaction, and profitable aftermarket growth across CCC's installed base within the assigned territory. The position serves as a key commercial interface between CCC and its customers, ensuring clients receive exceptional aftermarket support while maximizing the value, reliability, and lifecycle performance of their turbomachinery control systems.

The Inside Sales is responsible for developing and executing growth strategies for CCC's aftermarket portfolio, including service agreements, long-term service contracts, spare parts, lifecycle services, modernization projects, cybersecurity solutions, and other value-added services. Through a deep understanding of customer operations, maintenance challenges, and business objectives, the role proactively identifies opportunities to expand CCC's presence, increase customer retention, and drive sustainable revenue growth.

Working closely with Account Managers, Engineering, Service, and other cross-functional teams, the Inside Sales will develop customer-specific growth plans, build a robust sales pipeline, and deliver value-based solutions that address customer needs while supporting CCC's strategic business objectives. The role requires a consultative sales approach, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels, from plant personnel to executive leadership.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow CCC aftermarket strategic accounts in the turbomachinery controls business.
  • Participate in developing and executing CCC accounts’ plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets for the aftermarket business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  •  Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and work with cross-functional teams across the organization. 
  • deliver value-added solutions.
  • Guide aftermarket contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management.
  • Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume, and strategic objectives in assigned accounts, by winning orders, eliminating threats and supporting the Greenfield team in project stages.
  • Frequent travel is expected within Saudi Arabia and internationally as required.

 

MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a turbomachinery controls or industrial automation business as a project engineer, application engineer or field service engineer or a similar capacity.
  • 2-3 years of experience in technical sales, account management, or business development.
  • Domain experience in oil and gas, mining, power or Petro-chemicals industries.
  • Exceptional presentation & communication skills
  • Ability to conduct high level sales demonstrations and technical sales presentations.
  • High EQ and the ability to read the room and adjust to communication style accordingly.
