- Prospect and qualify new leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Manage and progress leads through the sales pipeline.
- Conduct product demonstrations via video call, showcasing the value of our products and offerings.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, pricing quotes, and contracts to the Kontur sales organization or to prospective clients.
- Follow up with inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns and convert them into opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and deal stages in CRM (Zoho/HubSpot/Salesforce).
- Collaborate with and provide support to Account Executives, VPs of Sales and the CRO on high-value deals and strategic accounts.
- Assist in planning and executing demand generation campaigns including email marketing, webinars, and digital ads.
- Create and refine sales content such as email sequences, case studies, one-pagers, and battle cards.
- Support social media and content marketing activities to build brand presence in target markets.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and report on lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure messaging is aligned with buyer personas and product positioning.
- Support event coordination including trade shows, virtual events, and product launch activities.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, business development, or a sales & marketing role.
- Experience selling B2B technology products or software.
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Zoho, HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Norwegian is a plus).
- Ability to quickly understand and clearly explain complex technical products to non-technical buyers.
- Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot Marketing, Mailchimp, or similar).
- Familiarity with sales engagement platforms.
- Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals: SEO, SEM, paid social, and content marketing.
