Description

B2B Inside Sales – Industrial Safety Equipment

Make $120,000+ on-target earnings by helping grow an industrial safety equipment business in Chicago with a half century+ history in this low-competition space.

Salesfolks seeks a highly motivated and target driven Inside Sales professional for our client who is based in Chicago. As an Inside Sales professional, you will be responsible for generating sales opportunities through outbound prospecting activities. This is an on-site role working M-F 8am-4:30pm from the office located in Chicago.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential leads, making outbound calls, and nurturing relationships with prospects. You will use your excellent communication and persuasion skills to engage with decision-makers, understand their needs, and provide them with tailored solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential leads using various sources, primarily manufacturers
  • Purchasing agent, Managers, project managers, product manager, plant managers, engineers etc.
  • Make outbound calls to prospects and engage in consultative selling
  • Qualify leads and set up appointments for our sales team
  • Nurture relationships with prospects through follow-up calls and emails
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth hand-off of qualified leads
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions in our CRM system
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
  • Previous experience in outbound sales or telemarketing
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Ability to build rapport and nurture relationships with prospects
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with CRM systems and other sales tools
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Benefits

Compensation:

Base salary of $52,000 to $70,000 (DOE), plus 5% commission. Expected OTE (on-target earnings) of $102,000 to $149,000.
