Are you a proven leader passionate about developing high-performing teams and delivering exceptional customer service in the food service or hospitality industry? We’re seeking an Inside Sales Manager to coach, motivate, and drive results for our consultative sales team!

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Inside sales to achieve sales and service excellence.
  • Foster a consultative, service-first culture focused on solving customer challenges.
  • Monitor team performance using dashboards, scorecards, and key metrics; provide actionable feedback.
  • Ensure disciplined weekly planning and daily operating routines across the team.
  • Support team members in handling escalations, objections, and complex customer issues.
  • Drive adoption of digital tools and data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and share best practices.
  • Oversee onboarding, training, and ongoing development for Costumer Service Agents.
  • Ensure compliance with company processes, documentation standards, and CRM usage.
  • Promote a growth-oriented, resilient, and market-savvy team culture.

What You’ll Bring

  • Fluent English: Must speak and write English fluently for effective leadership and customer engagement.
  • Proven leadership experience in food service, hospitality, or related sales environments.
  • Strong coaching, mentoring, and performance management skills.
  • Deep understanding of consultative sales, account management, and customer success.
  • Proficiency with digital tools (order management platforms, CRM systems, Excel/Sheets).
  • Analytical mindset: able to interpret data, set goals, and drive results.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience managing sales/account management teams in food service, hospitality, or distribution.
  • Fluent in English (Native or Bilingual – Level required).
  • High school diploma required.
  • Track record of developing talent and driving team performance.
  • Experience with customer escalations, issue resolution, and process improvement.
  • Technical competence with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and analytics tools.

Preferred Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality management, or related field (preferred).
  • Certifications in food safety or distribution operations (a plus).

This is a full-time in office position 5 days a week in our Cariari office.
