A leading global travel and hospitality marketplace is looking for an Inside Sales Lead to own regional execution of its Inside Sales program. In this role you will drive performance across a team of Inside Sales Associates in your markets, acting as the connective tissue between the central program team, field leaders, and the agents on the ground. You will translate goals into action, monitor results, identify what is working, and make sure your region acquires quality supply consistently and efficiently.
This is a high-accountability role that blends commercial instinct with analytical rigor. You will operate with a clear mandate and work closely with Market Managers and the central program owner to keep your region on track.
What You'll Do- You will own regional performance against weekly submission and conversion targets, surfacing trends and flagging issues early.
- You will analyze pipeline health and performance data to identify patterns, gaps, and opportunities across your market, and you will partner with Market Managers on weekly geo-category target setting with a particular focus on experiment categories.
- As the primary point of contact and escalation for agents in your region, you will help resolve questions, blockers, and market-specific issues.
- Beyond day-to-day execution, you will collaborate with the central program team on goaling frameworks, incentive structures, and capacity planning, and you will contribute regional performance insights to program-level reporting.
- You will also participate in hiring and onboarding Inside Sales Associates for your region.
- You bring 6 or more years of experience in sales, business development, or a commercial role, with a strong track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
- You are analytically strong, comfortable in the data, quick to identify trends, and able to use performance metrics to make decisions and prioritize.
- You have strong commercial instincts, understanding what drives conversion and how to keep a team focused on the right outcomes.
- You have experience leading, coordinating, or running a program or team, and you are a clear, direct communicator who works effectively across a distributed, cross-functional team.
- You are highly organized and self-directed, able to manage competing priorities without heavy oversight.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and outreach tools is preferred, and experience with call review platforms such as Gong is a plus.
