Your missions
- Actively prospect new leads in Italy, mostly through cold calling.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads from marketing, partnerships and your own prospection efforts.
- Understand customer needs and tailor the pitch to show how Skello can simplify and optimize workforce management.
- Drive discovery and product demos to convert opportunities into paying customers.
- Ensure hand-over to client teams after signing new customers (and possibly onboard the very first customers yourself).
- Collect feedback from early customers and share insights with Product, Marketing and Ops to refine our go-to-market.
- Contribute to our playbook for Italy: messaging, objections, personas, pricing, etc.
Your profile
- Native Italian speaker and fluent in English or French.
- Experience in sales or business development (1 to 5 years), ideally in SaaS or a fast-paced B2B environment.
- Strong growth mindset: you love talking to customers, you are convincing and will not take no as an answer, you thrive in early stage environments and you recognize it takes effort to open-up a new market.
- You are confortable with sales tools (ex. Salesforce, Aircall) and metrics-driven environments.
