What You’ll Do
- Proactively manage and grow existing accounts, identifying opportunities for cross-sell and upsell at both tactical and strategic levels
- Independently lead complex RFP processes and large-scale sales efforts
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to meet client needs and exceed revenue goals
- Provide consultative advice, understanding customer challenges and proposing hosting solutions
- Follow up on inbound leads and outbound opportunities, generating quotes, negotiating deals, and closing sales
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team success
- Maintain long-term relationships with assigned accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
What You Bring
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT, hosting, or cloud services (3 years preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage senior-level stakeholders
- Strategic thinker with an eye for opportunity, able to balance revenue growth with customer satisfaction
- A proactive approach and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of metrics such as margin share, win rates, customer churn, and satisfaction
Education:
•Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience:
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered
