Prospect and generate new leads through cold calls, emails, and social outreach
Generate weekly reports for the sales team
Work on quarterly projects and objectives
Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to generate leads and represent the company
Basic sales knowledge, including MEDIC and value-based selling methodologies
Experience in prospecting, lead generation, and cold outreach
Familiarity with automation workflows, CRM systems, and pipeline management
Experience with sales development and discovery tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills
Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing and field sales teams
Experience organizing trade fairs, events, and customer visits
Completed commercial or technical education; background in laboratory equipment sales is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field is an advantage
Prior bioprocessing experience is beneficial
Proven track record in cold calling, prospecting, and sales development
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
Strong communication and teamwork skills with a service-oriented mindset
Proficiency in MS Office / Microsoft 365
Experience with ERP and CRM systems; Power Automate knowledge is a plus
Fluent English required; additional languages such as Spanish are an advantage
