L&M Corrugated is looking for an Inside Sales Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you'll work closely with our Outside Sales team to support customer growth, develop new business opportunities, and help deliver exceptional service to our customers.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong communication skills, and is interested in building a long-term career in sales. We are looking for someone who can grow into an Outside Sales Account Executive role in the future.

What You'll Do
As an Inside Sales Account Executive, you'll help drive customer satisfaction and business growth by:
 
  • Supporting Outside Sales Account Executives with customer communication and account management
  • Making outbound calls to existing customers and prospective clients
  • Following up on customer visits and identifying additional opportunities to support customer needs
  • Assisting with quotes, proposals, and sales-related administrative activities
  • Helping generate new business opportunities through marketing efforts and social media outreach
  • Coordinating customer meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities
  • Building strong relationships with customers and serving as a trusted resource
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience

What We're Looking For
  • Customer service, inside sales, account management, or business development experience preferred
  • Experience with cold calling, prospecting, or upselling is a plus
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college education is a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software systems
