A look into the role – Software manager
As an experienced R&D practitioner, your role will bring you into close contact with finance professionals and engineers in a wide variety of technical fields with an up-close view of how modern technology is rapidly advancing in different industries.
Your key responsibilities
- Manage and drive the success of end‑to‑end R&D claim processes.
- Ability to lead complex technical interviews and support on high value projects including problem solving with numerous stake holders.
- Build client relationships and involvement in business development, identifying, and winning new opportunities.
- Manages the output of junior team members including the production of timely and risk managed narratives, in addition to developing junior staff
- Understands the impact of upcoming legislation and their impact on technical engagements including communicating this to clients
- Ability to design and describe different practical assessment methodologies
- Builds relationships and trust with clients by understanding their needs and expectations through reliable and effective communication.
- Supports in the teams ambitions to innovate how we work, though chose areas of value add.
