Join TP's Innovation team as an Innovation & Partnerships Intern. You'll work directly with the Innovation Manager on projects that shape how the business operates - researching what's coming next, coordinating the projects that test it, and helping turn good ideas into things that actually ship.
This is a broad role. Some weeks you're deep in research and building a business case; other weeks you're chasing stakeholders, cleaning data, or automating something that's been eating hours. We care more about how you think and follow through than about what's already on your CV.
What you'll get
- Hands-on experience in innovation management, project coordination, and automation delivery
- Direct exposure to senior stakeholders and real business decisions, not observer-only work
- A multicultural, multilingual working environment and a strong professional network for after the internship
- Internship allowance provided
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Innovation, Technology, Economics, or a related field
- Strong organisational skills - you can juggle several threads at once and nothing quietly falls off the list
- Confident with Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable turning raw information into something clear and presentable
- Genuine curiosity about new technology and how businesses use it, including AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot
- Excellent written and spoken English - a large part of this role is communicating clearly with people at different levels
- Analytical mindset and a proactive approach - you'd rather ask a question or propose an option than wait for instructions
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working with people you've only met on Teams
- Able to commit to the full 6 months on-site
Nice to have (not required)
-
- Familiarity with automation tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, UiPath, or similar
- Exposure to Power BI, Looker Studio, or any data visualisation tool
- Any experience with project tracking tools (Planner, Jira, Trello, Notion)
- Prior internship, committee, club leadership, or event coordination experience
- A portfolio, case competition entry, or a write-up of a project you drove yourself
Hiring process
- Support day-to-day delivery across the Innovation team's active projects
- Research industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor moves, then turn the findings into a clear one-pager or short deck people will actually read
- Help build and track project plans - milestones, owners, timelines, and what's blocked
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions with internal stakeholders, including agendas, notes, and follow-up actions
- Prepare documentation for strategic initiatives: proposals, process maps, decision logs, and status updates
- Contribute to data analysis and visualisation - pull the numbers together, spot what's interesting, present it clearly
- Support automation efforts alongside the automation team, identifying repetitive tasks worth removing
- Take part in ideation sessions and help assess which ideas are worth pursuing and why
Skills Required
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Innovation, Technology, Economics, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks
- Confidence using Excel and PowerPoint
- Curiosity about emerging technology and business applications, including AI tools
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Analytical mindset and proactive approach
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable collaborating remotely through Teams
- Ability to commit to the full six-month on-site internship
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, UiPath, or similar automation tools
- Exposure to Power BI, Looker Studio, or another data visualization tool
- Experience with project tracking tools such as Planner, Jira, Trello, or Notion
- Prior internship, committee, club leadership, or event coordination experience
- Portfolio, case competition entry, or write-up of a self-directed project
