Job Title: Innovation Director for Private Equity
Location: New York City, NY - Hybrid
Phys Location: Hybrid
Qualifications:
Education: MBA or equivalent advanced degree from a prestigious institution.
Experience: Minimum 7 years in Business Operations, ideally within Private Equity or Alternative Investments, with a proven record of leveraging GenAI technologies, especially in prompt engineering. Direct experience with Generative LLMs in a financial services context is essential.
Industry Domain Knowledge: Deep familiarity with PE/AIM terminology, investment processes, and market dynamics; experience with LP relations, fundraising, and co-investment strategies is highly advantageous.
Technical Skills
In-depth understanding of AI/ML concepts, proficient in Generative LLM powered applications, mastery of Agentic workflow techniques, adeptness with data analysis tools (Python, R, SQL), and familiarity with cloud platform Azure preferred.
Soft Skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities; thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments; demonstrated leadership and the capacity to influence cross-functional teams.
