Hybrid Innovation Consultant
We’re seeking a creative and collaborative Innovation & Design Specialist to help reimagine the future of corporate and industry innovation.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of research, design, strategy and technology. You might have a background in design consulting, digital innovation, startups, or service design. You love diving into research, bringing insights to life through visual storytelling, and experimenting with new tools and tech to spark better outcomes.
As a Consultant you will:
Contribute across all stages of innovation projects — from early-stage research and discovery to prototyping and visual storytelling
Conduct user and market research to uncover insights that drive innovation opportunities
Use design thinking methods to explore, ideate and refine concepts that solve real customer and business problems
Translate complex insights and ideas into compelling visuals, presentations, journey maps and prototypes
Apply service design to map and reimagine end-to-end experiences, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams
Explore and experiment with new technologies, including generative AI tools, to create innovative experiences and workflows
Help facilitate workshops, co-creation sessions and ideation sprints with internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate across functions (strategy, tech, design, delivery) to support impactful innovation programs for clients
Contribute to innovation communications, pitches and internal knowledge sharing
What we are looking for:
3–6 years’ experience in a hybrid innovation, design or strategy role — within a consultancy, agency, startup, or corporate innovation team
Solid grounding in human-centered design and service design methodologies
Skills in user research, insight synthesis and translating findings into actionable opportunities
Strong visual storytelling and presentation design skills (e.g., Figma, Miro, PowerPoint/Keynote)
Experience facilitating or supporting design thinking or innovation workshops
An interest in emerging technology and AI — ideally with hands-on experimentation in generative AI tools
A collaborative and curious mindset — open to learning new approaches and working across diverse teams
Clear and compelling communication skills, both written and visual
