We are a rapidly growing innovation consulting firm seeking sales leaders who can drive revenue through enabling clients to reach their digital transformation outcomes. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • This position is focused on helping us grow our portfolio of enterprise and mid-market clients.
  • New business development as well as co-selling opportunities with blue-chip partners.
  • Passion for helping clients accelerate their strategies around digital innovation, design thinking, and digital transformation.
  • Identification of RFP opportunities and prepare proposals to win new business across different industry segments. This will include but is not limited to building a strategic account list and maintaining a pipeline of sales activity through prospecting.
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with multiple stakeholders across client organizations 
  • Leverage industry knowledge to share insights about how a client can maximize business benefits 

The successful candidates will have the following attributes and experience: 

EXPERIENCE 

  • Minimum of 5 years previous sales experience, building relationships in a consultative manner.
  • Strong outside sales experience ideally with enterprise consulting, enterprise software, or professional services such as Pegasystems, Appian, Salesforce, or ServiceNow.
  • Demonstrated history of sales results and strong work ethic 
  • Experience developing a sales strategy and creating new sales opportunities 
  • Experience selling or knowledge of design thinking and/or digital transformation services
  • Track record of building successful relationships with senior technology leaders to drive sales
  • Experience with end-to-end solution selling, expanding relationships from pre-sales through proof of concept.
  • Management of deal sizes ranging from $300k - $500k+
