Group Summary:
The Mechatronics, Mirrors and Lighting group specializes in automotive technologies that are driving the future of mobility. Combining a deep systems knowledge to develop unique vehicle access experiences, intelligent visions systems and advanced automotive lighting technologies, MML's expertise light the path to innovation, safety and styling.
Job Responsibilities:
Diseñar y desarrollar nuevos procesos de extrusión para mejorar la calidad del producto y la eficiencia operativa.
Entender el diseño dados y herramentales específicos para lograr perfiles geométricos complejos y exactos.
Ajustar parámetros críticos de la máquina como la velocidad del tornillo, temperatura de las zonas del barril y presión, para reducir el desperdicio.
Solucionar fallas técnicas durante la producción (troubleshooting), como burbujas en el material, variaciones de espesor o acumulación en el dado, proporción entre las resinas durante la coextrusión
Validar y analizar reportes de producción para asegurar que se cumpla con el programa establecido por el cliente en seguridad, calidad y entregas.
Realizar pruebas de laboratorio para evaluar la resistencia, flexibilidad y durabilidad de los polímeros frente a condiciones extremas de uso vehicular.
Implementar mejoras para maximizar la tasa de salida y minimizar el uso de resina virgen sin comprometer la integridad de la pieza.
Participar en programas de mejora bajo normativas como IATF 16949 e ISO 14001, típicas del sector automotriz.
Coordinar programas de mantenimiento predictivo y preventivo para las líneas de extrusión.
Brindar capacitación técnica y soporte al personal operativo y técnicos de línea.
Seleccionar materiales adecuados (polímeros, aditivos, colorantes) basados en el costo y la funcionalidad requeridos en las especificaciones técnicas.
Entendimiento de dibujos técnicos para soporte en ensamble/ desensamble de piezas que constituyen la línea
Capacidad de contacto con proveedores y área de ingeniería de diseño con extranjeros para clarificación de fallas y validación de las posibles soluciones.
Idealmente- Utilizar software de diseño (como SolidWorks o simulación de procesos) para modelar prototipos y herramientas.
Conocimiento GD&T, conocimiento de materiales para diferentes procesos, bases de tratamientos térmicos
