Job Responsibilities:

Escolaridad:Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica o afín (deseable)
Idioma: Inglés (Intermedio-avanzado)
Experiencia: 3 año en puestos como: Ingeniería industrial, Ingeniería de procesos, Ingeniería de Proyectos, Ingeniería de Producto, Ingeniería de Manufactura
Conocimientos: Creación, control, auditoría, administración y actualización de BOMs, estudios de ergonomía en procesos de manufactura así como administración y actualizar de lay-out de planta, llevar el control de cambios y capacidades de producción y equipos.
Competencias Conductuales:• Trabajo en equipo• Comunicación efectiva
Competencias Técnicas:• Lean Manufacturing, Análisis ergonómicos, Administración de proyectos• Conocimiento de los Procesos de pintura, inyección, moldeo y ensamble (deseable)• IMDS, GD&T, Manejo Core Tools• Manejo de especificaciones técnicas• Portales de clientes (deseable)• CQI's Pintura (deseable), SAP, Bom's (deseable)
Principales tareas y responsabilidades:• Administración del Sistema de Ergonomía• Liderar comité de ergonomía• Cotizaciones de nuevos proyectos con perspectiva de ergonomía• Liderear sistemas de accione correctivas con clientes (Ford y clientes aplicables)• Presupuestos anuales de ergonomía• Coordinar actividades relacionadas al puesto con las áreas involucradas para los proyectos.• Administrar y actualizar el lay-out de la planta, así como llevar el control de cambios.• Control de dibujos y especificaciones.• Creación y envío de reportes IMDS a OEM's.• Best Practices a nivel corporativo• Cumplir con el presupuesto asignado a cada proyecto• Creación, control, auditoría y actualizaciones de BOM's nuevos proyectos y productos de producción regular.• Administrar sistema GPIRS• Cumplimiento a objetivos y requerimientos para el puesto.• Gestión de prototipos por reléase (corridas especiales).
