Ingeniero de Mejora Continua

As a Continuous Improvement Engineer, you will participate in operations analysis looking for improvements areas to strengthen them according to the operative excellence systems.

You will report to the continuous improvement leader.

Main Responsibilities

• Analyze operation data and indicators to identify trends to develop improvements

• Desing improvement operations tools to our specific needs

• Lead and collab with operation teams in projects considering our strategy

• Calculate and report operations indicators

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience in manufacturing industry

• 3 years' experience in similar roles

• Mechanic, Industrial, Chemical Enginering or similar

• Experience leading multifunctional teams in continuous improvement projects and process mapping

• Knowledge in manufacturing process, lean manufacturing, improvements tools (Kaizen, AMEF, so on)

• Advanced Excel (can perform complex functions) level

• Intermediate English level
