- Minimum 18 mois d'expérience en tant que AI Engineer avec une première expérience significative en GenAI ou AI Agents appliqués au secteur de l’assurance
- Maitrise technique des LLMs (GPT, Claude, Mistral, etc.)
- Expérience pratique avec Dust.tt, notamment création d’agents avancés et évaluations automatisées
- Connaissance technique avancée sur les architectures conversationnelles et RAG
- 1er projet concluant avec de l'orchestration multi-agents
- Maitrise de Python et écosystème GenAI
- Bonnes bases en développement logiciel (clean code, versionning, CI/CD)
- Maitrise du context engineering et compréhension du fonctionnement des LLMs
- Maitrise des APIs et intégrations (REST, webhooks, MCP)
- Bonnes base en ML/MLOps
- Cloud & Infrastructure : notions de déploiement (Docker, Cloud)

Skills Required
- Minimum 18 months experience as an AI Engineer with significant GenAI or AI Agents experience applied to insurance
- Mastery of LLMs (GPT, Claude, Mistral, etc.)
- Practical experience with Dust.tt, including creating advanced agents and automated evaluations
- Advanced technical knowledge of conversational architectures and RAG (retrieval-augmented generation)
- Successful project delivering multi-agent orchestration
- Proficiency in Python and GenAI ecosystem
- Strong software development practices (clean code, versioning, CI/CD)
- Context engineering and deep understanding of LLM behavior
