Operations Engineer with good communication and technical skills:

• Proven experience in deploying and maintaining software solutions
• Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, CFT and related business rules
• Experience with technical upgrades and license management.
• Knowledge in programming language: Java/J2ee or C/C#
• SQL
• Tomcat / Application server
• Understanding of Citrix environments
• Experience in Windows Server and Linux
• Standard understanding of network and firewall concepts
• Good in Agile methodology

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to diagnose and resolve system issues quickly and efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with both technical teams and financial stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills

Total Experience Expected: 04-06 years

Bachelor’s degree
