Infrastructure Solution Architect (Network & Cloud)

Join us as a Solution Architect – Cloud & Capacity and play a key role in ensuring reliable, scalable, and cost-conscious cloud and infrastructure services across India and Asia. In this senior individual-contributor role, you will combine architecture expertise with service delivery ownership, translating business needs into practical solutions while driving operational excellence throughout the service lifecycle. You will work across Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and hybrid infrastructure environments, collaborating with regional stakeholders, infrastructure teams, and external providers to support business-critical services and transformation initiatives. This is an opportunity to directly influence reliability, performance, capacity, and efficiency across a complex technology landscape.

• Lead platform and service architecture across Microsoft Azure, AWS, and hybrid infrastructure environments.
• Manage the full service lifecycle, balancing availability, performance, security, scalability, and cost.
• Oversee service delivery and supplier performance, ensuring agreed SLAs and KPIs are achieved.
• Coordinate incident, problem, and change management activities with internal teams and service providers.
• Drive capacity and performance management through forecasting, demand planning, right-sizing, and lifecycle management.
• Partner with security and global teams to align cloud governance and security controls with established standards.
• Strengthen backup, recovery, and disaster recovery readiness across assigned services.
• Promote FinOps practices, automation, and cost optimization initiatives across Azure, AWS, and capacity services.
• Coordinate and support cloud and infrastructure migration projects, including planning, testing, cutover preparation, and operational handover.
• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to manage schedules, risks, dependencies, documentation, and service readiness.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 8 years of infrastructure experience.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Ability to manage architecture and service delivery responsibilities across both cloud platforms.
• Solid understanding of hybrid infrastructure, compute, virtualization, storage, backup, and capacity/performance management.
• Experience in solution architecture and service delivery management.
• Proven experience with service-level management, operational improvement, and supplier coordination.
• Experience coordinating and supporting infrastructure migrations and projects.
• Advanced English communication skills and the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, global teams, and external providers.
• Experience with both Azure and AWS, Infrastructure as Code, automation, FinOps practices, ITIL, or cloud certifications is considered an advantage.
