TradingBlock is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to join our team and drive the development and maintenance of our infrastructure and platform reliability systems. You will play a crucial role in designing, building, and maintaining the infrastructure that powers our trading platform.
What You Will Do, Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain infrastructure (Active Directory, Servers, VMs, automation and monitoring) critical to trading and brokerage operations
- Ensure platform reliability and scalability
- Operate and maintain observability and monitoring infrastructure (Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, Airflow, etc.)
- Maintain compliance with security policies and procedures
- Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality solutions
- Work directly with developers to solve infrastructure challenges
What You Will Bring, Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years of professional experience in Windows infrastructure, ideally a mix of desktop and server systems.
- Knowledge of Active Directory design and operations.
- Server deployment and maintenance experience.
- Systems monitoring and security compliance.
- Experience ensuring platform reliability and scalability
- Ability to learn quickly, communicate well, and work effectively in a team environment
Experience with the following is a plus:
- Linux configuration and support
- Experience with monitoring tools.
- Troubleshooting operation of desktop and server networks.
- Python scripting
- Trade/Execution Engines and Market Data Feed Handlers
- Cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or similar)
