Summary:
As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a crucial role in defining requirements, designing, and building data center technology components. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the infrastructure meets the necessary specifications and standards. You will also engage in testing efforts to validate the functionality and performance of the components, ensuring they align with organizational goals and user needs. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining the efficiency and reliability of the data center operations, ultimately supporting the broader objectives of the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure alignment with project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.
- Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures.
- Experience with data center design and implementation.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies and cloud services.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve network issues efficiently.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Network Infrastructures.
- This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
