Summary: As an Infrastructure Engineer with expertise in ServiceNow, you will be responsible for assisting in defining requirements, designing and building data center technology components, and testing efforts. Your typical day will involve working with ServiceNow and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design and build data center technology components, and conduct testing efforts. - Utilize expertise in ServiceNow to develop and implement solutions that meet project requirements. - Ensure successful project delivery by providing technical guidance and support to team members. - Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle. - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in ServiceNow and related technologies to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in ServiceNow. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management. - Strong understanding of data center technology components and infrastructure. - Experience in conducting testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues. - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
