Playtech’s Infrastructure unit is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Infrastructure Core Services Process Manager who can bring structure, clarity, and continuous improvement to our infrastructure environment. Working closely with technical and operational stakeholders, you'll improve and create processes, strengthen service governance, and help teams operate more effectively.  

This position is open to candidates based in either Tallinn or Tartu, Estonia.

Job Description

Your influential mission. You will...  

  • Develop and maintain the Infrastructure Core services catalog, service documentation standards, and operational governance documentation. 
  • Analyze, design, and improve operational processes across Infrastructure Core teams.  
  • Identify process gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities, driving actions through to completion.  
  • Design and establish new operational processes where no formal process currently exists. 
  • Promote consistency, transparency, governance standards, and best practices across infrastructure operations. 
  • Develop reporting and tracking mechanisms to support process performance and operational visibility.  
  • Collaborate with Infrastructure Managers, Technical Leads, Engineers, and stakeholders across the organization.  
  • Establish and improve service ownership, accountability, and lifecycle management practices across Infrastructure Core services while facilitating cross-team alignment on governance and operational responsibilities. 
  • Support audit, compliance, and governance initiatives by maintaining effective processes, controls, and documentation.  

Qualifications

  • Have proven experience in process management, service management, IT operations, infrastructure governance, business analysis, or a similar role.
  • Possess a solid understanding of infrastructure domains such as networks, systems, cloud, platform, database, monitoring, or security services.
  • Can effectively structure, document, and improve complex technical or operational processes.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.  
  • Bring a strong analytical mindset and can identify risks, dependencies, gaps, and improvement opportunities.  
  • Have hands-on experience with collaboration and service management platforms such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, CMDB, Monday.com, or similar tools.  
  • Are comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining clarity, structure, and alignment.

  • Experience with ITSM processes such as Incident, Problem, or Change Management.
  • Experience defining service catalogs, ownership models (RACI/RASCI), governance frameworks, or operating models.
  • Understanding of infrastructure environments, including cloud, networking, security, or platform services.
  • ITIL, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar certifications.

INFRASTRUCTURE CORE PROCESS & PROJECT MANAGEMENT TEAM 

The Infrastructure Core Process & Project Management team enables Infrastructure services through process governance, service ownership models, operational improvements, and cross-team coordination. The team works across Infrastructure domains to improve visibility, consistency, scalability, and operational effectiveness.   

You will report to the Infrastructure Operation Manager and collaborate closely with the infrastructure managers, tech leads, and architects.   

This is a small, highly focused team dedicated to identifying existing processes, improving them, and establishing new procedures where needed. The environment is collaborative, structured, and improvement‑driven, with a strong emphasis on operational excellence and cross‑team coordination.  

This is a unique opportunity to help shape a newly established Infrastructure Core Process & Project Management function and influence how infrastructure services are managed, governed, and continuously improved across a global technology organization.
