We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated senior Infrastructure Cloud Engineer to join our growing team. As a senior Infrastructure Cloud engineer on our team, you will use your development experience to build, deploy, and manage a cloud agnostic platform for a multi-tenant environment. You will collaborate with engineering teams to design scalable, reliable, and cost-efficient infrastructure solutions, ensuring seamless operation and deployment of cloud-native applications. You Have: 

• 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering or software engineering in a cloud environment  

• Experience in Kubernetes architecture, deployment, management, container orchestration, monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Helm for Kubernetes, or Terragrunt

• Experience deploying, configuring, and maintaining Linux server systems in the Cloud

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools

• Knowledge of AWS services and how to integrate them with Kubernetes 

• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

• Bachelor’s degree 

• Ability to obtain a Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification within 6 months of start date

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with scripting or object-oriented programming in Bash, Python, Groovy, or Golang

• Experience with Kubernetes Operators, Rancher, and RKE2

• Experience using or managing ArgoCD, Grafana, ElasticSearch, and Prometheus

• Experience with Pulumi or Crossplane

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Developer Certification

• Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
