Infrastructure Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain architectural diagrams and comprehensive technical documentation.
• Collaborate closely with customers and internal teams to deliver solutions that align with business objectives, prioritize technology initiatives, and foster innovation.
• Lead strategic road-mapping sessions with clients to define technology direction and opportunities.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring best practices and quality standards are met.
• Oversee project delivery teams, ensuring timely completion of milestones and deliverables with the expected level of quality.
• Proactively identify risks and vulnerabilities in existing technology systems and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Participate in discovery calls and create Statements of Work (SOW) tailored to their area of expertise.
• Manage team task allocation to ensure optimal use of resources and maintain project momentum.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading projects in a customer-facing role within a service-oriented organization, with a demonstrated ability to understand customer needs, build trusted relationships, and consistently deliver high-quality service.
• Hands-on experience designing and deploying solutions using Red Hat Advanced Cluster Management (ACM) in production environments.
• Familiarity with Red Hat Advanced Cluster Security (ACS) is preferred but not required.
• Practical experience working with OpenShift Data Foundation (ODF) and Quay Registry in production settings.
• Demonstrated background as a Solutions Architect leading infrastructure modernization projects—including virtualization, container adoption, cloud adoption, and multi-cloud environments.
• Demonstrated experience leading infrastructure modernization projects centered around Red Hat OpenShift, including container orchestration, virtualization, and cloud-native transformations.
• Proficiency in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and infrastructure architecture best practices.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), delivery and team management, requirements gathering, and quality assurance processes.
