IT Support Manager

We're currently looking for an IT Support Manager to join our team at our Albania office.

What You Will Do:

• Manage and oversee the local IT support team in Albanian branch, including assigning tasks and support cases, setting priorities, and balancing the team's workload.
• Monitor ongoing work and ensure support cases and other assigned tasks are handled effectively, followed through to completion, and escalated when necessary.
• Report to the company's IT Manager on team workload, outstanding cases, operational issues, and overall IT support activity at the CITY office.
• Take responsibility for IT equipment, including purchasing, setup, maintenance, and inventory management.
• Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade computer hardware, components, and software.
• Apply and maintain required software packages and server services across PCs, laptops, and other IT systems.
• Provide administration and support for Google Workspace.
• Manage users, permissions, and access rights across company applications and systems.
• Handle IT-related employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Provide technical support to company employees, including on-site staff as well as remote users and offices.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing cases, and assessing the impact of issues.
• Manage virtual servers and Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Support the integration, configuration, administration, and continuous improvement of systems such as Monday.com, Freshdesk, Slack, and Make/Integromat.
• Be responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization environments.

The experience You will need to successfully complete tasks:

• Location - Tirana.
• At least 3 years of experience in an IT Support, Help Desk, or similar technical support role.
• Previous experience managing, supervising, or coordinating a team.
• Ability to assign and prioritize work, manage workload, and ensure tasks and support cases are completed.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Service-oriented, proactive, and positive approach.
• Good knowledge of systems, networking software, hardware, and networking protocols.
• Experience with Google Workspace administration and support.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms is a plus.
• Experience with Make/Integromat, Zapier, Monday.com, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn independently and adapt to new technologies and systems.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
