The Role
RESPONSIBILITY
- Writing and posting job descriptions
- Source/hunt for profiles in IT area preferably IT Retail, SAP, Digital Technologies
- Sourcing of profiles in Japan
- Experienced on using job board portals like LinkedIn, Seek, Wantedly, local Government portal, etc
- Working closely with the APJ Talent Acquisition Team
- Prepare work proposal and draft of contract
- Participate to our recruitment meeting and events
- Participate to our Recruitment events or marketing campaign (School relationship, job fairs, referral campaign management,..)
PROFILE
- Minimum 1-2 years of exempt and non-exempt recruiting experience in full life-cycle environment, including management of multiple high-volume roles simultaneously
- Sourcing and Interviewing skills with Phone, MS Teams, and online meeting platform skills
- Sourcing of profiles for IT Retail, SAP, Digital Technologies
- Supports workplace diversity
- Familiarity with relevant Employment Law
- Professionalism, organization, and project management skills
- Self-starter, ability to work independently and/or as a team.
- Good English communication and bilingual Japanese speaking and writing skills
