Path/Level: P1
Note:  Roles are posted at the lowest level of a band, however, employees should search across all levels of the band to identify all opportunities.  Employees hired on banded positions (ex: P1-P3, R1-R2, B1-B3, etc.) transfer at their current level, despite the level indicated on the job posting.  For example, if a P2 candidate is selected for a P1-P3 banded position, the candidate will remain a P2 in the new role.

Key Responsibilities & Objectives:

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements.
• Stakeholder Management: Facilitate effective communication and negotiation with various stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.
• Documentation: Develop and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), user stories, and process flow diagrams.
• Process Analysis: Analyze current business processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
• Testing Support: Design and execute test cases, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure that the developed solutions meet business needs.
• Change Management: Assist in the development and implementation of change management practices to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new systems or processes.
• UX Design Principles: Apply basic user experience (UX) design principles to ensure the usability and effectiveness of business solutions. Create wireframes if necessary.

• Tools and Technologies:

• Jira: Experience with Jira for project tracking and issue management.
• Confluence: Proficiency in using Confluence for documentation and collaboration.
• Lucidchart: Ability to use Lucidchart for creating flowcharts, diagrams, and visual documentation.

Basic Requirements & Experience Expectations:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3-4+ years of experience as Business Analyst
• Work with and coordinate between multiple internal IT functions and external suppliers, virtually and across different geographies.
• Experience in coordinating IT projects
• Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Proficient on data analysis and management and related ecosystem (API's, connectivity, processes, flows…)
• Basic understanding of cloud Environment
• Experience with Agile and/or SAFe
• Strong business analysis skillset related to IT Solution portfolio and / or prior experience within IT business integration .
• Good learning ability regarding technologies and business processes
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills, collaboration, and teamwork .
• Strong communication written and verbal .
• Self-motivated to prioritise and complete multiple tasks without direct supervision
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing circumstances, priorities
• Effective analytical, problem solving and investigative skills
