JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for the development and implementation of new computer applications in addition to maintaining and executing applications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design, code and implement applications related to operations and system functions.
  • Maintain and update existing applications, processes and required system functions.
  • Perform special projects.
  • Train end-users as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to assess and prioritize issues and notify appropriate next higher level of support.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of systems and programming languages.
  • Ability to communicate technical information in concise understandable terms.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications.
  • Ability to converse and write fluently in English.
  • Successful completion of Health Care Sanctions background check.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • Associate degree in Computer Science or Engineering discipline OR equivalent coursework at a technical school or similar; Bachelor's degree preferred.
