The Boeing Company is looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Information Systems First Line Manager to join the Enterprise Business Systems (EBS) team to manage the Enterprise Supply Chain Transportation Product and Systems.

The successful candidate is a self-starter who can lead a broad set of teammates within Information Technology (IT) and partner with business stakeholders to deliver initiatives and maintain a stable systems landscape environment.

Position Responsibilities:

• Owns end to end development and maintenance of product initiatives ensuring they meet stakeholder needs
• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
• Leads, develops and motivates a strong team of direct reports
• Active leader in Boeing cultural improvement toward current Boeing values and behaviors
• Manages scope, timelines, quality, cost, risks and deliverables for supply chain transportation systems.
• Provides product stakeholder communications & progress to plan for EBS Leadership Team, teammates and business stakeholders 
• Participates, influences and drives quality in business process and system improvement initiatives
• Maintains product backlog and key priorities
• Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure product strategy and roadmap is in alignment with the product family and division.
• Monitors system issues and drives action on technical debt remediation and system compliance actions.  
• Acquires resources, provides management of suppliers and supplier resources on the team

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

• Bachelor’s degree or higher as BASIC QUALIFICATION
• 12+ years of experience in IT Industry
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role (formal or informal) leading teams, initiatives, or projects to meet business objectives, managing scope, budget and deliverables.
• 3+ years of experience working in an aerospace, or distribution domestic and international transportation 
• 3+ years of experience working with information systems either directly or from the business team

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

• Ability to communicate with varying levels of stakeholders working team to senior and executive leadership
• Experience with Information systems product cost and budget management
• Strong digital literacy including proficiency using Microsoft suite 
• Experience with transportation management systems including parcel in Blue Yonder, SAP 

Typical Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 12+ years of relevant experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
