We are seeking an Information Technology Co-Op to join our IT team in supporting technologies and services to help employees stay productive, safe, and ISO 27001 compliant at our growing clean tech company. This role is perfect for Co-Op eligible students or recent graduates with an interest in IT looking to jumpstart their career and make an impact in the clean energy industry.
What will you do?

• Deliver excellent service to employees to keep them safe and productive at work (laptop support, wi-fi troubleshooting, access requests, employee onboarding/offboarding, A/V & event assistance, ticket and project tracking, training & documentation creation)
• Configure and deploy LineVision's enterprise computer management (MDM) platform
• Monitor and address security controls to maintain ISO 27001 compliance (tracking in Vanta platform, running access rights reviews, etc.)

What do you need to succeed in this role?

• Empathic communication skills and ability to explain complex technical issues with a range of people such as power users, executives, remote employees, vendors, etc.
• Attention to detail and strong problem solving skills
• Ability to continuously document all requests and project work
• Curiosity and an interest in asking questions, researching new solutions, and proposing alternative solutions
• Desired Experience
  • Operating Systems: Windows 10/11 & MacOS
  • Google Workspace Suite (Mail, Calendar, Drive)
  • Strong understanding of computer networks and systems

Work Schedule: The ideal candidate would be available for a minimum of 4 months, preferably up to the full 8 month Co-Op term, working 40 hours a week. LineVision has a standard US holiday schedule, and up to a week of additional unpaid time off is permissible. Upon successful internship or co-op completion, you will be considered for a full-time position upon graduation.
Compensation: $23 per hour
