- 3+ years of expert-level data modeling, metadata management, and data lineage experience.
- 5+ years of knowledge of enterprise information management processes and methodologies, relational database management systems, and metadata management.
- 2+ years of knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations relevant to data management and data governance, including PII.
- 2+ years of experience working in fast-paced, changing environments; delivering projects on time; exercising sound judgment; analyzing complex information; and developing issue-resolution plans.
- 2 years of interpersonal relationship skills, including working under pressure, negotiating among multiple parties, resolving conflicts, and maintaining effective relationships across personnel levels.
- 2+ years of experience with data-focused projects, such as migrations from legacy to newer systems.
- Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with coursework in data processing, computer science, business administration, or a related field.
