· Experience with Java Persistence API (JPA) and Hibernate for ORM.

· Familiarity with BDD tools such as Cucumber for testing.
· Familiarity with tools and techniques for data validation and cleansing.
· Awareness of data security best practices and compliance requirements
· Familiarity with using cloud platforms for hosting databases and performing migrations Cloud.
Soft Skills:
· Excellent communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders.
· Project management abilities to plan and execute migration projects
Desired:
· Experience with scripting languages like Python or Shell scripting for automation tasks
· Performance Monitoring and Tuning - Ability to monitor system performance and conduct.
