Job Title: Informatica BDM Developer

Position Overview:
The Informatica BDM Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying data integration solutions using Informatica Big Data Management. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in ETL processes, especially with complex data sources, and a deep understanding of the Hadoop ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement ETL processes using Informatica Big Data Management 10.2.X, leveraging various pushdown modes with Spark, Blaze, and Hive execution engines.

• Design and deploy dynamic mapping use cases, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.

• Transform and load data from various complex data sources, including unstructured data and NoSQL databases.

• Utilize Hive Database effectively, including Hive DDL, partitioning, and Hive Query Language (HQL).

• Demonstrate a solid understanding of the Hadoop ecosystem, including HDFS, Spark, and Hive.

• Write and optimize SQL/PLSQL queries for data manipulation and retrieval.

• Collaborate with database technologies such as Oracle, Sybase, and SQL Server to ensure data integrity and performance.

• Engage in Data Lake and dimensional data modeling implementation, ensuring alignment with business requirements.

• Gather requirements and translate them into detailed Functional Specification Documents, Design Documents, and Mapping Specifications.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and integration.
  Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience as an Informatica BDM Developer or similar role with a focus on ETL processes.

• Strong expertise in Informatica Big Data Management 10.2.X and its features.

• Extensive experience with complex data transformations and loading mechanisms.

• In-depth knowledge of Hive Database and SQL/PLSQL.

• Familiarity with the Hadoop ecosystem (HDFS, Spark, Hive) and its components.

• Experience with unstructured data sources and NoSQL databases.

• Ability to create comprehensive functional and technical documents.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Familiarity with cloud-based database solutions, such as AWS RDS and Azure Database
