What You Will Be Doing
- Identify and pursue new influencer partnership opportunities, negotiate rates, and build collaborations across YouTube, Twitch, and TikTok;
- Manage day-to-day account activities, including reporting, invoicing, budget management, and other administrative tasks;
- Track and evaluate influencer performance using data-driven insights to decide when to renew, scale, or end partnerships;
- Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate strategies across various channels;
- Generate innovative ideas and creative strategies for influencer marketing campaigns.
What We’re Looking For
- At least one year of experience in influencer marketing or a related field (e.g., account management, partnerships), with proven ability to work with YouTube, TikTok, and Twitch creators;
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, along with a strategic mindset to adapt to different influencers’ needs;
- Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to interpret data and clearly present insights;
- Proficiency in English and Lithuanian languages.

Compensation
- The salary range for this position is €1600–€4000 gross per month, depending on your experience.
