In the role of Junior Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will take ownership over our influencer marketing efforts. You’ll work hands-on with creator sourcing, campaign coordination, and performance tracking, collaborating closely with creators, agencies, and internal teams.
This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who wants to grow fast by focusing deeply on creator partnerships and measurable impact!
Your Responsibilities
- Own influencer campaigns in CZ & SK end to end - from sourcing and outreach to negotiation, onboarding, briefing, execution, and performance tracking
- Manage content-driven collaborations with influencers, creators, and partners
- Proactively identify and activate new influencers who align with our brand values, and target markets
- Plan and execute influencer campaigns with a strong focus on ROI, revenue impact, and conversion performance
- Support experimentation with new content formats, platforms, and creator models to continuously improve performance
- Track, analyze, and regularly report on campaign results, using data insights to optimize ongoing and future campaigns
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships with creators and partners to foster sustainable collaborations
- Stay up to date with social media trends and platform developments, translating them into effective local campaign strategies
Your Profile
- Initial experience in a sales driven influencer marketing position, account management, or a related field (internships are welcome)
- Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, including content performance and basic metrics
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple creators, campaigns, and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence in working directly with creators and partners
- Genuine interest in social media platforms and creator-led marketing (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams
- A proactive, curious mindset, eagerness to learn and test new approaches
- Fluency in Czech and English
