Roamless's influencer marketing program has been built on strong creator relationships and a scrappy, hands-on approach, but we're at the point where we need someone to own it properly. We're looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to take the program end-to-end: from identifying the right creators, to negotiating partnerships, managing relationships, and tracking what actually drives results.
This is a hands-on, individual contributor role. Our strategy is concentration, not coverage. You will be owning the influencer funnel end-to-end for a number of priority markets. You will be working with an intern and managing the agencies as well.
What you’ll do
- Own the end-to-end influencer marketing program at Roamless, and move creators through the funnel. Your core responsibility will be to move creators through researched -> reached out -> conversing -> agreed -> live and report on this funnel weekly.
- Negotiate and structure deals across commission and flat-fee models, including with talent managers and agencies.
- Own measurement: tracking, deep links, attribution, and defending incrementality of influencer spend.
- Brief creators clearly on campaign goals and messaging so content lands with the right audience and drives results.
- Manage agency partners to accelerate creator sourcing and campaign execution across markets.
- Evaluate influencers for fit, reach, and ROI potential; decide who to collaborate with and for how long.
- Build genuine relationships with creators and their teams. Read the influencer landscape, understand what motivates creators, and turn our brand goals into what creators actually communicate to their audience.
- Mentor and work closely with our influencer marketing intern.
What we're looking for
- 3-5 years of experience running influencer marketing at real volume, with data discipline.
- Strong negotiation skills, with an ability to structure and close deals strategically.
- Measurement expertise. You know how to set up attribution, deep links, promo codes and prove the incrementality of influencer spend.
- Familiarity with the creator landscape across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Analytical, data-driven, and a clear communicator.
- Ability to use sourcing/discovery tools and manage a creator pipeline end-to-end.
- Ability and willingness to be at the cutting edge of relevant AI tools and technologies
- Strong written English for clear, professional outreach, and spoken English for communication with colleagues.

- Existing creator/agency relationships.
- Startup or scale up experience preferred. Comfortable working as an individual contributor who can build a function from scratch with minimal team support.

📍 This is a fully remote, full-time position. We are prioritising applications from Turkey or Germany but you are welcome to apply from other countries as long the timezone difference with Turkey/CET is reasonable.
