Influencer Marketing Manager (Tourism)
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, digital marketing, or agency environments
  • Advanced English
  • Proven experience leading accounts and teams
  • Strong experience in:
    • Influencer Marketing strategies (IM)
    • Talent management (influencers and content creators)
    • Strategic communication and brand positioning
  • Experience managing consumer clients (ideally tourism, travel, or lifestyle)
  • Experience developing 360 strategies focused on IM
  • Strong relationships with influencers, content creators, and talent agencies
  • Experience handling crisis situations related to influencers or campaigns (preferred)
  • Knowledge in:
    • Strategic content development with creators
    • Influencer negotiation and contracting
    • Monitoring and reporting of IM campaigns
  • Agency experience (highly preferred)
Activities
  • Lead the overall Influencer Marketing strategy across multiple accounts, with a focus on tourism
  • Develop campaign plans with creators aligned with client objectives
  • Oversee and ensure proper execution of influencer campaigns
  • Manage relationships with:
    • Clients
    • Influencers and content creators
    • Talent agencies
  • Define content guidelines, tone of voice, and brand alignment
  • Review and approve campaign materials:
    • Influencer briefs
    • Content guidelines
    • Deliverables and posts
  • Coordinate influencer marketing campaigns:
    • Talent sourcing and selection
    • Negotiation and contracting
    • Deliverables tracking
    • Content validation
  • Monitor campaign performance (engagement, reach, conversions)
  • Analyze results and develop reports with strategic insights
  • Present results, learnings, and proposals to clients
  • Lead and develop team members (executives, trainees)
  • Collaborate with internal teams (content, design, paid media) to deliver integrated campaigns
  • Identify opportunities for collaborations, trends, and account growth
  • Manage sensitive situations related to influencers or brand reputation
