Join our Digital team as a New York-based Influencer Marketing Associate working across Spirits brands! Your chance to fuel the creative spirit starts here!
Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Supports day-to-day account management by corresponding and communicating with clients, as well as, managing influencer trackers, reporting, recaps, filing images, capturing all social content, call agendas, invoices, budget management etc.
  • Team Leadership: Manages and delegates responsibilities to junior staff, overseeing the daily workflow to ensure smooth campaign execution
  • Crafting Influencer Campaigns: Oversees influencers during the execution of content creation and amplification campaigns from initial talent sourcing to content briefing, final content reviews, posting and reporting.
  • Partnerships, Event Planning & Execution: Support the planning and executing influencer events and brand partnerships that coordinate with branded initiatives and offer organic content opportunities for partners and consumers.
  • Influencer Campaign Management: Identifies and engages with potential influencers partners across all channels to build a pipeline of talent for clients, while managing product for influencer sampling opportunities and maintaining accurate budgeting for campaigns.
  • Guest List Curation: Curates guest lists for influencer events, overseeing the outreach, negotiation, contracting, and post-event approvals for all guests
  • Campaign Evaluation: Develops recap materials post-campaign to measure and evaluate value, including ROI and other performance metrics
  • Build & Maintain Lasting Relationships: Cultivates and maintains genuine relationships with influencers and content creators, fostering trust and mutual respect
Qualifications
  • Professional Experience: Brings a minimum of two years of experience in the influencer marketing industry
  • Leadership Skills: Minimum of 6 months of experience mentoring and developing intern or full-time staff members, showcasing the ability to nurture talent and foster growth within a team environment while working on complex digital projects
  • Account Management: Minimum of one year experience participating in conversations and correspondence with clients on a day-to-day basis, including leading portions of regular calls and meetings;
  • Proficiency in Influencer Social Analytics: Possesses extensive knowledge in influencer social analytics related to the selection and evaluation of suitable influencers to meet campaign objectives
  • Social Platforms & Influencer Nuances Expertise: Has a thorough understanding of social platform dynamics and influencer nuances, including influencer tiers and verticals
  • Understanding of Influencer Economics: Has experience with influencer costs, pricing factors, and negotiation strategies
  • Knowledge of Media Integration: Familiarity with the intersection of earned, owned, and paid media and has worked on cross-functional teams
  • Awareness of Digital Consumer Trends: Up to date with digital consumer trends and familiarity with lifestyle and luxury consumer marketing tactics
  • Passion & Industry Knowledge: A passion for luxury consumer industry, as well as, interest or experience in Wine, Home Goods, Art & Entertainment

The salary range is $60,000-$66,000 annually.
