Purpose of Position

  • CASETiFY is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Influencer Marketing Associate (Gifting) to develop and execute our global gifting strategy with a primary focus on North American creators. This dual-focus role will establish global gifting frameworks while personally managing the US influencer gifting program to drive organic brand coverage and build authentic relationships with creators across tiers. The ideal candidate will combine exceptional communication skills with strategic thinking to maximize ROI on gifting initiatives.
  • This position plays a crucial role in establishing and nurturing organic relationships with North American influencers while simultaneously creating cohesive global gifting standards that align with CASETiFY's brand identity and marketing objectives.


Job Description

Global Gifting Program Management

  • Develop and implement standardized global gifting frameworks and guidelines that ensure brand consistency while allowing for regional customization
  • Manage global gifting inventory allocation and tracking systems to optimize product distribution
  • Create and maintain documentation of gifting procedures, success metrics, and improvement opportunities
  • Report on global gifting performance and provide recommendations for program optimization

North American Influencer Relations:

  • Proactively identify and pitch relevant North American influencers across tiers (micro to macro) for organic gifting opportunities
  • Manage day-to-day outreach via email, direct messages, and other communication channels
  • Track and fulfill product requests from influencers and their representatives
  • Monitor and report on organic content generated from gifting initiatives
  • Achieve quarterly targets for influencer gifting placements and organic coverage
  • Build and nurture authentic relationships with influencers to ensure continued organic brand coverage

Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field
  • 1-2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, public relations, or related field
  • Passion for social media and creator culture
  • Demonstrated experience in influencer outreach and relationship building
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with tracking and reporting on campaign performance metrics
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and resourcefulness
  • Demonstrated understanding of Gen Z and Millennial consumer behavior
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team
