What you'll do 👜
- Identify and recruit creators and micro influencers aligned with our brand values and aesthetic.
- Lead contract negotiation and handle all partnership admin, in collaboration with legal when needed.
- Manage influencer collaborations from briefing to content approval and performance reporting.
- Own relationships with affiliate platform- ShopMy and similar tools.
- Track and manage budget efficiently, ensuring ROI-positive programs.
- Build and execute a scalable UGC and creator strategy to grow our presence across EMEA and US.
Who you are ⭐
- 2–4 years experience in influencer marketing, talent partnerships, or digital brand management.
- Proven experience recruiting and managing creators and influencers (bonus if across multiple geographies).
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with platforms like ShopMy, LTK, or affiliate platforms (CJ, Rakuten).
- Analytical mindset — able to track KPIs, manage spend, and optimize results.
- You're fluent in English.
