The Role

The Influencer Associate will support the Influencer Coordinator and the campaigns team in sourcing, onboarding, and maintaining relationships with influencers. This role will help execute influencer proposals for brand partnerships and ensure smooth communication between creators and the company. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and passionate about influencer marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and reaching out to influencers for brand campaigns.
• Support in the acquisition and retention of influencers to maintain an engaged network.
• Research new and emerging influencers in LATAM who align with campaign objectives.
• Help coordinate influencer outreach and track responses for brand proposals.
• Maintain and update influencer databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling calls, managing emails, and handling influencer inquiries.
• Assist in analyzing influencer engagement metrics and campaign performance.
• Stay informed on influencer marketing trends and propose creative ways to enhance partnerships.

Desired Background

• 1+ year of experience in influencer marketing, social media, talent management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing and social media trends in LATAM.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English (bilingual preferred).
• Highly organized with great attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and influencer marketing platforms.
• Passion for digital marketing, social media, and influencer partnerships.
