We are looking for a passionate Influencer and Affiliate Marketing Team Lead to join our dynamic marketing team in Tel Aviv.

In this role, you will lead the strategy, execution, and management of our influencer and affiliate marketing efforts, driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and growth. You’ll play a critical role in growing and nurturing partnerships with key influencers, affiliates, and ambassadors across diverse channels, while leading a talented team.

  • Develop and Execute Strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive influencer and affiliate marketing strategy aligned with Artlist’s business goals and growth objectives.
  • Lead and Manage a Team: Lead a team of influencer and affiliate marketing specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and support in executing campaigns.
  • Partnership Development: Identify, recruit, and build strong, long-term relationships with influencers, affiliates, and content creators across multiple platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Campaign Management: Oversee end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with the brand’s voice, messaging, and values.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, optimize strategies, and identify growth opportunities based on data-driven insights.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including brand, product, and content to ensure cohesive messaging and integration of influencer and affiliate activities with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay on top of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer and affiliate marketing to ensure Artlist remains innovative and competitive.
  • Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets effectively, ensuring cost-efficiency and maximum ROI from partnerships and campaigns.


Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in influencer and affiliate marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns and partnerships.
  • Leadership: 4+ years of experience in a leadership or team management role.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing tools, and affiliate marketing software.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to measure, analyze, and report on the success of marketing activities using data-driven insights.
  • Creativity: Innovative mindset with the ability to create engaging campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Team Player: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to evolving priorities.
  • Language: Fluent in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
