Influencer Activation Manager
Position Overview:
GEICO is seeking a Influencer Activation Manager to drive the day-to-day execution of our influencer, entertainment, and multicultural content initiatives. This role will be responsible for managing content programs from initial brief through launch, collaborating closely with agencies, talent teams, and internal stakeholders. This position within Integrated Media & Marketing reports to the Senior Manager of Influencer, Entertainment, and Culture and offers a unique opportunity to lead high-impact content activations and build out the influencer practice at GEICO.
Key Responsibilities:
Influencer Program Management:
- Serve as primary day-to-day lead for activating content across influencer, entertainment, and cultural partnerships, ensuring seamless end-to-end execution and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Oversee content activation, managing timelines, deliverables, and resources effectively.
- Develop culturally relevant content that resonates with diverse audiences and reflects the richness of multicultural communities.
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in managing program logistics, including content briefs, production schedules, talent contracts, and budget tracking.
- Offer creative input and ideas for content development and execution, drawing on your expertise in influencer, entertainment, and multicultural marketing to drive innovation and differentiation.
- Proactively troubleshoot challenges and address issues to ensure successful program delivery, brand safety and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and experimentation, staying abreast of social trends and emerging technologies.
Cultural Integration:
- Advocate for authentic representation and inclusive storytelling across all branded content, promoting cultural resonance and awareness.
- Lead the identification, cultivation, and management of multicultural partnerships to enhance brand relevance and engagement within diverse communities.
- Forge relationships with multicultural influencers, content creators, and community organizations to co-create content and amplify brand messaging authentically.
- Collaborate with talent teams and agencies to ensure diverse representation in talent selection and content production, fostering inclusivity and representation.
- Leverage cultural insights and audience segmentation data to inform content strategies and messaging, ensuring relevance and resonance with multicultural audiences.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing strategy, creative, media, DEI, legal and analytics to ensure seamless execution of content programs.
- Provide updates on content activation initiatives and seek alignment on strategic priorities.
- Communicate program updates, milestones, and performance metrics to internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis.
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- 6-8 years of experience in content marketing, digital activation, or related field, with a focus on program management and execution.
- Proven track record of success in managing content programs from brief through production and launch, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- Experience interfacing with external agencies, talent teams, and senior leadership stakeholders, with strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work asynchronously and independently, effectively managing workload and priorities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data and derive actionable insights to optimize program performance.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

Annual Salary
$95,000.00 - $168,000.00
The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
