As we expand our Influencer Marketing Division, we’re looking for a motivated Influencer Coordinator (Alternance) to support our growing network of influencers and ensure smooth campaign execution.

🎯 Your Role: Coordinate, Organize & Optimize Influencer Campaigns

As an Influencer Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for supporting influencer campaigns, ensuring smooth execution, and maintaining strong relationships with our network. Your mission? Manage the logistics, communication, and tracking of influencer collaborations to maximize campaign success.

🔥 What You’ll Do:

Influencer Outreach & Coordination – Assist in sourcing, contacting, and onboarding influencers for various campaigns.

Campaign Logistics – Organize and track influencer deliverables, ensuring timely content creation and approvals.

Contract & Compliance Management – Support in drafting influencer agreements and ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.

Performance Monitoring – Assist in tracking campaign results, analyzing influencer impact, and compiling performance reports.

Communication & Relationship Building – Maintain clear communication with influencers, answering questions, and providing support throughout campaigns.

Product Seeding & Dispatch – Coordinate product shipments to influencers and ensure proper logistics for promotional activities.

Market Research & Trend Analysis – Stay up to date with influencer marketing trends and help identify new collaboration opportunities.

Cross-Team Collaboration – Work closely with content, creative, and media teams to align influencer content with campaign objectives.

🚀 Currently Enrolled in a Business, Marketing, or Communication Program – This is an alternance position, so you must be in a relevant study program.

🚀 Fluent in French & English – Strong communication skills in both languages.
