You are:

A transformation maestro with tons of experience helping clients meet the challenges of digitization and with a specific focus on data strategy, architecture and migration in the context of SAP transformation. You’re in your element using your know-how to solve clients’ most complex business problems and helping their companies do more by ensuring their data is business-ready, compliant, and aligned with future-state processes. You’re as comfortable leading teams and projects as you are talking to senior managers and clients. And as a senior manager, you know that your decisions will have a lasting impact, and you’ve got the leadership skills to handle the pressure. You are a charismatic and energetic leader, capable of building strong rapport with clients both in a business development and project delivery context, especially in environments where SAP data readiness, quality, and governance are critical to success

The work:

  • Collaborate with client project teams to provide expertise in functional, technical, industry, and tools/methods for successful solution design and delivery.

  • Act as a subject matter expert with deep knowledge and experience in SAP Master Data, offering advisory and influencing skills to guide key decisions.

  • Advising clients on how they should think about SAP data strategy, architecture and migration patterns, including how to structure data ownership and stewardship, apply governance models, and align data initiatives to the transformation roadmap.

  • Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and align project objectives with client expectations.

  • Develop and present innovative solution designs to address complex business challenges, including SAP data migration strategies, data transformation approaches and compliance-aligned retention models.

  • Mentor and guide project teams on best practices for solution delivery and implementation.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions across platforms.

  • Continuously assess and improve project methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Lead large teams and/or projects at a client or at Accenture. Provide coaching and mentorship to foster professional growth, enhance team performance, and build a collaborative and supportive work environment.

  • Encourage continuous learning and development while promoting a culture of accountability and excellence.

Here’s what you need:

  • At least 12 years of experience in Delivering SAP projects including full lifecycle SAP implementations (Local and Global) with focus on data migration, master data management and execution across all program phases.,

  • Extensive experience in SAP Master Data management and implementation, including defining governance models, steward roles, and ownership structures.

  • Master proficiency in Solution Architecture with specific expertise in SAP data architecture, data migration best practice and data quality frameworks.

  • Proven ability to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

  • Hands-on experience with leading SAP data migration and management tools such as Accenture’s Intelligent Data Platform, Syniti, SAP MDG, MDO

  • Deep understanding of SAP Standards & Best Practices and should be comfortable working with various functional SAP experts and business teams.

  • Prior experience working in a Managed Service environment.

  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills by effectively managing and guiding team members to achieve project goals.

  • Ability to convey decisions and requirements succinctly and appropriately

  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels with external and internal parties.

  • Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline

Bonus points if:

  • You know how SAP’s business development process works and you can help clients understand how SAP will help their company do more

  • You have experience & certification in SAP Master Data

  • You have PMP OR ITIL certifications

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired in British Columbia as set forth below.
