Position Overview
As an Associate on the Industry Partnerships team, you will play a vital role in strengthening and expanding Indagare’s relationships with key industry partners and other industry stakeholders. This role will be instrumental in driving growth, supporting strategic initiatives, and enhancing partnership satisfaction. You’ll build on your partnership skills, taking on more responsibility for account management, partner communication, and operational support, all while helping to position Indagare as a leader in luxury travel.
In this role, you’ll collaborate across teams—including Bookings, Indagare Journeys, Studio, Marketing and Membership—to share industry insights and help achieve shared business goals. You’ll be comfortable handling multiple tasks, have strong organizational skills, and be passionate about creating seamless, efficient processes that drive revenue and partner engagement.
You will report to the Associate Director of Industry Partnerships. This is a fully remote position.
What You’ll Do
- Manage Partnership Relations:
- Act as a key point of contact for hotel and other industry partners (e.g. DMCs, sales representation companies, etc), managing communications and fostering strong relationships to support business development efforts in-person and virtually.
- Educates partners on all of Indagare’s products, projects/tech developments in the pipeline and the best ways to partner with us.
- Support Hotel Preferred Partnerships, the Adored Collection and Special Offers:
- Take ownership of account management for these programs, helping to drive sales and ensuring partners are well-supported from conception to follow-through with insights, product updates, and engagement strategies.
- In partnership with team leaders, take the lead on the strategy, development and tracking of special offers with the goal to drive Self-Planner members to book on our OBE.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally:
- Work closely with internal teams—including Studio, Membership, and Bookings, Journeys—to align on goals, share industry insights, and maximize value across all touchpoints.
- Educates the team on hotel product, DMCs, preferred partner programs, and promotions with the goal of meeting preferred hotel partner revenue goals and strategy.
- Lead Meeting and Event Coordination, including The Summit by Indagare: Organize and attend partner meetings (both virtual and in-person) and spearhead the evolution, planning and operations for The Summit by Indagare event, representing Indagare best-in-class brand and following up with summaries and action items.
- Salesforce & HubSpot Management: Take the lead in maintaining accurate records in Salesforce, including partner contacts and invoicing addresses, hotel program details, and relevant industry updates. Create HubSpot templates and manage sequences for streamlined partner communication.
- Invoice and Reporting Management: Oversee invoicing for partnerships, ensuring timely follow-up and payment from partners. Provide reporting to support the team’s business development initiatives.
- Partner Campaign Support: Assist in developing and executing campaigns that highlight partner offerings, promotions, and updates, ensuring clear communication across the team.
- Market Research & Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and gather insights from partners to share internally, helping to inform strategic decisions and product updates.
- Administrative Support: Manage team expense reports, partner gifting, and other operational tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, with 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing or partnership-focused role. Experience in travel, luxury, or startups is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships with partners.
- An organized, detail-oriented approach and proven project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of detail and execution.
- Experience with event planning and management.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel), with experience in Salesforce and HubSpot preferred.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, eager to take on new responsibilities and challenges and capable of working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a passion for collaboration and an ability to work cross-functionally with teams including senior-level management.
- Curiosity and a passion for the luxury travel industry, with a keen interest in staying ahead of evolving trends.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with a willingness to attend in-person industry events and meetings as needed.
