The Industry Data Analyst plays a critical role in strengthening Vistex’s understanding of the industries we serve. As part of the Global Industry Team, this role generates actionable insights by analyzing industry, competitor, and customer data to support strategic decision-making across the organization.
Working closely with Industry Principals and key stakeholders across sales, marketing, product, and strategy, the Industry Data Analyst translates complex data into clear insights that inform go-to-market strategies, product innovation, and competitive positioning.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing dashboards, reports, and data models and is passionate about working with data, identifying patterns, and communicating insights to internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
• Analyze large and complex datasets from internal and external sources to inform go-to-market strategies, product innovation, and competitive positioning
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and analytical reports that enable stakeholders to easily access, explore, and interpret key insights.
• Drive data governance and data quality to ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity across datasets, dashboards, and reporting outputs.
• Collaborate closely with Industry Principals to support industry strategy development and market positioning.
• Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to understand industry related analytical requirements and reporting needs.
• Analyze industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscapes across the industries Vistex serves.

Qualifications Education Required Masters or better. Experience Required Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field Experience in data analysis, industry analysis, or business intelligence Experience building dashboards, reports, and data models Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights for non-technical audiences Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams Preferred Experience working in enterprise software or SaaS industries Familiarity with market intelligence or competitive analysisTop Skills
