The Role

Vistex is a global enterprise software and services company that helps businesses take control of their mission-critical processes. With a multitude of programs covering pricing, trade, royalties and incentives, it can be complicated to see where all the money is flowing, let alone how much difference it makes to the topline and the bottom line. With Vistex, business stakeholders can see the numbers, see what really works, and see what to do next – so they can make sure every dollar spent or earned is really driving growth, and not just additional costs. The world’s leading enterprises across a spectrum of industries rely on Vistex every day to propel their businesses.

The Industry Analyst is responsible for delivering market, industry, and competitive insights that support business decision-making, Go-to-Market initiatives, and product prioritization.  This role analyzes complex datasets and market intelligence to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics while developing dashboards, reports, and analytical frameworks that enable data-driven decisions across cross-functional teams.

  • Monitor competitor strategies, product developments and market activities to evaluate competitive positioning and identify differentiation opportunities.

Provide customer, market and industry insights that support product roadmap prioritization, marketing direction, pipeline development, and industry expansion initiatives.
  • Drive data governance and data quality standards to ensure accuracy, consistency, reliability, and usability across reporting and analytical outputs.
  • Partner with Industry Principals and cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Pre-Sales teams to support strategic initiatives, analytical requirements, and market positioning efforts.
  • Translate analytical findings into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for leadership and business stakeholders to support strategic planning and decision-making.

What We Do

The more incentives, promotions, and discounts a business has to offer, the more money you make, right? Well, not exactly. In a world where the sheer volume of incentive programs has become completely unmanageable, someone had to find a way to make sure the numbers actually add up – so you never leave money on the table. And that's where we come in. Vistex solutions helps businesses take control of their mission-critical processes, including their promotions, rebates, pricing, discounts, and other incentives. With so many programs across so many partner relationships, it can be impossible to see where all the money is going, let alone how much difference it’s actually making to revenue. With Vistex, business leaders can see the numbers, see what really works, and see what to do next – so they can make sure every dollar they spend really is driving more growth, not just more costs.
